CHANGES TO THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS
The Wichita Public Schools will be implementing a new student information system over the summer which will require us to change our enrollment process this fall. During the week of enrollment, all parents are required to come to the school to obtain a new parent access code to the new system. Family Access, the current system being used, will no longer be available after June 13 and parents’ current username and password will no longer work.
Enrollment will be a different online process this fall. During this transition, only the student’s Pupil Information Form (PIF) will be available to complete online. Other forms will be available to download and complete electronically, which can be printed and delivered to the school. Schools will have computers set up at school to allow parents to complete the forms online if they do not have access to a computer at home. This may cause some delays in the enrollment process.
Parents can log onto https://familyaccess.usd259.net/ now to make sure their current information is saved in the system. This will help with the change to the new system and make the enrollment process in the fall a little easier for parents.
Please check the district’s enrollment Web site, www.enroll.usd259.org, during the summer months for the latest information.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but there are many enhancements to the new system that will benefit families when it is fully implemented. This one-time change will help make the enrollment process easier in the future.
Enrollment is July 29 – August 1.
Monday, July 29 and Tuesday, July 30 – 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Wednesday, July 31 and Thursday, August 1 – 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.


Allison Students and staff have read 6,247 books so far this year! 7th grade is in 1st place with a solid lead of 61%. Nice job 7th graders! The staff is currently in 2nd place with 53%. Third place goes to the 6th grade with 37% and just one percentage point behind is 8th grade with 36%.
