Sports Physicals
USD 259 is partnering with Via Christi for a sports physical night!
The cost of the physical is $20 per physical, payable by cash or check ONLY.
It is best practice to print out and bring a physical with your child's medical history already completed prior to arriving, as staff will not take you back for the exam until that is completed.
